Return to the quiet within.

Sound healing, restorative yoga, and embodied stillness with Devesh Narwal.

Born in India 12 years of sound-healing practice Private, group, online, and corporate experiences

The practice

Before there is language, there is vibration.
Before movement, there is breath.

A place to stop striving.

Devesh brings sound, restorative yoga, conscious breathing, and deep rest into one carefully held experience. The practice is spacious and practical: you are guided to arrive, receive, notice, and return at your own pace.

No familiarity with yoga is needed. There is nothing to perform and no particular state you must achieve. Sound becomes a doorway into listening; stillness gives the body time to answer in its own language.

A practice shaped in India, shared openly.

Presence before performance.

His approach is rooted in traditional yogic understanding and expressed in clear, contemporary language. He works with individuals, couples, groups, aspiring sound healers, and organizations—meeting each setting with the same attention to safety, pace, listening, and respect.

The instruments

Sound, touch, and the space between

Every tone begins with listening.

Close view of hands, a wooden mallet, and engraved bronze singing bowls in warm light
The character of an instrument is shaped by material, touch, timing, room, and the silence allowed to follow.

Layered, warm, and close

Singing bowls

Bronze and crystal bowls create sustained tones that can be felt as much as heard. Devesh works with their overtones slowly, leaving room for the body to settle.

Resonance in motionA gong is allowed to bloom, move through the room, and return slowly to silence.
Brass bells, wooden mallets, woven cotton, and river stones arranged with quiet restraint
Tools of attentionMaterials are chosen for tone and character, then played with care for the people and the space present.

A reflection for this moment

Arrive as you are

How are you arriving today?

Choose what feels closest. You will receive an original reflection inspired by broad teachings of the Bhagavad Gita: presence, compassionate action, non-attachment, courage, and equanimity.

Anxious

Inspired by teachings of the Bhagavad Gita

I can meet this moment without solving every moment after it.

An anxious mind often travels ahead, carrying outcomes that have not arrived. Steadiness begins by returning to the action, sensation, or breath that is actually here.

A gentle invitation

Exhale a little longer than you inhale for five quiet rounds. Ask: what is mine to tend in the next ten minutes?
